This survey is designed to determine the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) focusing on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), diagnostic microbiology, and hospital-based surveillance. This is in the form of an anonymized REDcap survey link which does not necessitate for the responder to be signed into an account, nor will any email addresses/identifying information be collected with the response. Survey data will be used primarily to inform and iterate site-specific antimicrobial resistance surveillance training and implementation. Target participants: PEDIATRIC Residents, Fellows and consultants rotating in the selected surveillance wards (Ward 9 and NICU)
